Cons
* The BDR mid-management doesn't really know what they are doing. Spray-and-pray approach, high on mind games, low on skills. There was often more emphasis on personal branding tactics (e.g., changing a LinkedIn headline from BDR to Consultant) than on teaching a structured, repeatable outbound strategy. * Recognition, promotions, and good leads go to those who are part of the gang, not the ones who drive results and put the work in. * No unified SQL qualification criteria. * They claim to be diverse and open-minded, but the minute you dare to say something different, good luck. * Too many unnecessary mind games.
