Very talented full time employees and excellent expert network. Great if you’re a self starter who likes to work hard. Get to learn about any facet of agriculture you wish, and really quickly. Exciting work.

Below par compensation. Partners play favorites with employees. It’s almost impossible to break out of a mould if you’ve been typecast in their mind. Only recognizes the value of talent once they leave. No formal HR, and very mediocre employee engagement. No process for raising complaints or asking for help. Work life balance out the door.
