Toxic work environment with consistently poor communication and a lack of transparency from leadership. There is no path for growth or advancement, and feedback is largely reactive, unhelpful, and often demoralizing. Expectations change constantly without direction or support, contributing to extremely low morale

Work-life balance, Flexibility, 401K match, wonderful clients, amazing team members

Leadership was toxic would not recommend there is also limited mobility for moving up.
