Pros

Working at battery systems will afford never having to worry about whether you'll get paid...the work environment seems uniform throughout the branches (and it's a more positive one at that.) Management is diligent in working with its employees and their needs and making sure your aware of your health. I commend the way the company handles employee correction/discipline. Overall it has been a good experience!

Cons

Poor maintanace of vehicles and equipment...it is scary! Bad communication between team members it was hard to go to a customer thinking nothing had change just to find management had change terms, customer had been promised so and so wheres my warranty and ect. Poor growth incentives I notice when I expressed interest in adding to my,"skill set" to fill a need I saw the company had they showed no interest didn't even offer to cut hours to allow me to go obtain said skills. Disappearing incentives Absent marketing 80% of people do not know what a centennial is 90% of people do notknow what battery systems is. The juggle of having multiple sister companies is not a battery systems strong point it lacks consistancy and comunication Understaffed... be ready to take part in a little of everything from cleaning to dept collecting though this should be a pro as it makes every day different and intresting Management says one thing one day and then magically forgets by the next.

Pros

Strict no overtime policy resulted in consistent work schedules and work life balance. Gained valuable skills and maintained inventory accuracy with the WMS. Developed strong attention to detail due to the high accuracy needed for the job.

Cons

Denied combined cost of living and performance increase based on a single day of lateness, resulting in a corrective action report. Company handbook specifies that any corrective action prevents receiving either increase. Disconnected corporate structure and poor communication from main office. Branch mostly left unsupervised but held to unclear standards without training. High turnover due to management unwilling to pay living wage, causing difficulty hiring and retaining staff, especially in higher cost areas. Company focus on short-term 'resilience training' shifts the burden of burnout to employees, rather than addressing systemic issues like unlivable wages and profit-driven management practices.
