Work from home opportunities available.

Cons

Compensation does NOT match the expectations this company asks for, you cannot have your phone out, cannot read. You will be monitored daily and will be graded and have people listening in to you when you’re not on calls, extremely strict on time, 1 minutes late from break? You get a talking to by your supervisor and you will have an attendance point. Breaks have to be scheduled ahead of time, horrible PTO accruement. I would not be unhappy if they weren’t paying $14 an hour, they want maximum effort for minimum wage.

My supervisor made sure to let me know the first week he took over the position that he did not follow political correctness with his staff and did not care if he offended anyone. Making HR aware of the noninclusivity he was cultivating made it worse. They defended him and would not even look into it blaming me for making it up and slandering him. They made it clear he was protected and he knew that so he kept on saying anything he wanted no matter who it offended, Finally resigned due to this being allowed and even cultivated by HR and senior management.
