Pros

For family emergencies they worked with you.

Cons

No pay raise. I found out 20 year employee never a pay raise. Only if minimum wage went up...can get bonus for great metrix numbers...Bonus so hard to achieve due to system problems hurting your matrix.. They really don't appreciate great employees.. they want to put more work on you and not train you and no raise.

Pros

Great pay if you are good with getting bonuses.

Cons

Have very high expectations and expect you to do more than job description. If you are in tech you are still expected to make sales. Hard to get a supervisor when requested by a customer.

The ability to work from home

Cons

Micromanaging, they pick and choose for management, they don’t care about the agents as long as their job isn’t effected, no work life balance
