Pros

Your at home and still get to talk to people

Cons

Literally look for reasons to fire you. If you don't meet the daily goal and do certain things on every call which can be impossible, you get written up. They call your children who are quiet a nuisance and problem. Not family friendly at all.

Pros

Great pay if you are good with getting bonuses.

Cons

Have very high expectations and expect you to do more than job description. If you are in tech you are still expected to make sales. Hard to get a supervisor when requested by a customer.

The ability to work from home

Cons

Micromanaging, they pick and choose for management, they don’t care about the agents as long as their job isn’t effected, no work life balance
