First, the management needs to recognize all their employees NOT just favorite people. I have observed during the Coffee Chat that same management People gets kudos and felt like folks that are working extremely hard to meet the deadlines for the projects got un-noticed. I felt like the acquisition of the companies were very poorly executed.
Jobs titles that you have is not very well defined, perhaps not one knows who to reach if issues arise.
Even with the direct managers he/she wasn’t sure who and how to escalates our concerns. Growth development is so limited or perhaps none.
During the coffee chat I felt like management is heavily focused on the right but yet others not being recognized.
