Great atmosphere and employees. Everyone is calm and laid back. You can easily approach higher-ups for questions.

Would not say there are many cons, if any. Job consists of a lot of field work.

-Lots of Overtime Availability -Decent Company Culture -Full Autonomy in regards to field work, and company vehicle

-Scheduling is at the whim of contractors and there will be last minute jobs -Management will throw you under the bus -Lack of communication or replies to emails is common
