      There are no pros working for ContraFect.

      Cons

      There are too many cons to state. The cons start from the top - management has set a terrible working culture focusing on cherry picking data to try to lure investors. The science is terrible as reflected by the FDA keeping this company's lead molecule on clinical hold. The management does not have any true experience in developing drugs.

      Pros

      After working for three other biotech companies, I going Contrafect! The experience has been wonderful. We work together as a team! Julia is a pleasure to work with and a true team leader.

      Cons

      It is a challenge to move forward with a product that will change the course of medicine. We are all working long hours to comply with the FDA.
