Before I was laid off for budget reasons I was always treated with respect and dignity, was treated as a valued employee, received regular raises and bonuses, was never questioned or guilted over missing time when sick or handling family emergencies. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and just all around treated me with the basic human dignity that so many employers seem to lack. I loved working for this company.

They are experiencing some setbacks due to a struggling economy and as a result several people have been laid off to avoid going out of business. Were I never laid off I would have happily continued working for this company for many more years. My only real gripe was the constantly changing policies for bonuses which resulted more than once in not receiving what was expected but this was at the corporate level and not a decision of the awesome management who I always felt were fighting for my interests as best they could. I hope they weather the storm and come out stronger. I would absolutely come back if offered.
