Pros

If looking to go into teh HVAC field this is a good place to start. Understanding the controls, sequences and operations aspect of large HVAC systems and equipment is vital to a successful career in the HVAC industry. People are very nice and will ing to help you if needed. Family oriented.

Cons

Poor pay, delapidated offices and furniture, poor training program (if at all), use of personal vehicle with poor reimursement, inefficient operation, low tech....

Pros

They had contracts and full-time work available for the whole summer. They offered free water at the main office.

Cons

Absolutely no training. Stupidviser I had was always pissed off for being over worked and under paid. Therefore, he refused to train. If he did show you anything it was done with the most condescending attitude. He was apparently way above the likes of me and couldn't understand why I kept showing up after he continually ignored me, except when he needed to freak out on me for not doing the job fast enough that nobody trained me for..? This company treats their employees like crap unless you are the fastest performing monkey. Everyone else is considered to be taken advantage of them and their gracious pay of $15/hr to start. The first feeling that is repeatedly given off by the owners and management is "why are you still working here?"
