No pros to think of

I am surprised this company has not been sued or is not yet bankrupt. Wort company I have ever worked for in my life. Owners are typical greedy clowns trying to squeeze as much money out of you and lay you off as soon as work slows down. Then they hire another victim and repeat the whole process again. Stay away. It is better to work at Tim Hortons as a cashier than here.

Be careful with their offer. You never know the salary they offer you is based on 44 hours of working weekly until the first day when you sign paper works. I got group insurance after 1 year of working with them and this is by asking for many times. No bonus at all. They will ask you to use your own vehicle for transporting fasteners & carbon steels. Virbal absuing and bulling from the company owner is a serious problem. You will agree with me if you accept their offer and work with them for serval weeks. Turn over rate is very high.(5 employees come and go in 2 years).
