7yHi, and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. On behalf of the leadership team at Convene, we appreciate your candor and courage to be transparent. It is our top priority to also be transparent while doing our best to communicate effectively to all members of the Convene team. However, with any high-growth company that is expanding rapidly, there are growing pains and areas of improvement to work on.
We are disappointed to hear that your experience with Convene to date has not aligned with our intention of being a best place to work. Because of employees like you that are willing to discuss the challenges you’ve experienced, we can learn and improve ourselves as a company. As CEO, I am always willing to listen to feedback and make changes where necessary, so we can continue to strive to be 1% better every day.
