Pros

People, home working, flexible when needing time off

Cons

People, systems, poor commission structure, lack of progression. Everyone understands the system is old and have accepted it without change - creates bad behaviours in most departments. It’s used as an excuse for error, errors aren’t documented and processes aren’t changed.

Pros

The people are nice and the business plan is something you'd want to be part of

Cons

The inconsistencies in processes The number of internal organisation changes makes you feel like your job isn't very secure Internal changes don't come across very well planned - can be told with less than a weeks notice that your position or manager is going to change There are severe pay discrepancies in teams Managers can be very demanding

Pros

I've had a positive experience working here. The friendly atmosphere and the willingness of my colleagues to help out when needed are some of the highlights of my time here. The recent improvements in communication have been noticeable and I hope to see this trend continue.

Cons

However, there are a few areas that could use some attention. Middle management should receive better compensation for their responsibilities the pay gap between hierarchy at lower levels is not enough to justify the increase in my opinion. Additionally, recognizing the efforts of entry-level employees who go above and beyond would be greatly appreciated. Lastly, it would be beneficial to ensure that necessary resources are in place before taking on new projects and processes.
