Best leaders - Supervisor Converse Employee Review

The leadership all the way from the Director of Stores is outstanding. I have never worked for a company so invested in personal growth. The district managers are all positive and encouraging. I would say this is the best retail envoronment to be in. I have been here four years and after lots of turn over and changes the leadership teams have never been better. The company is always innovating and growing in some aspect! Work life balance is preached and achieved by this company.
