      - Convertedin has a good work environment - Flexibility in working hours - Working within a team is a wonderful thing - Diversity of projects and tasks - The company contributes to the training courses you need to advance your work - Salaries are good compared to some other companies

      Cons

      - Weak capabilities of the computers we work on - Lack of organization of required tasks - Failure to unify the salary currency, as there are people who receive Salary in American currency ( USD ) and people who receive Salary in the Egyptian pound ( EGP )

      Communication Speed Pay Flexibility AI-first company so i'm learning all the team Very good opportunity for growth

      I can still see things getting organized one step at a time, typical startup, they break things all the time
