      Pros

      I’ve had a steady climb in this company. And I attribute this to the strong foundations of training and project exposure. I work remotely but still manage to keep the operations smooth. Thanks to the company’s well-designed systems. Management is fair. Everyone is paid well and given perks like: 401K, AD&D and disability insurance, bonus, health and welfare benefits, EAP, legal and identity theft protection, PTO, pet insurance, and physical therapy.

      Pros

      Training was imformative and well structured, some coworkers stayed out of office politics, and health and medical benefits were available.

      - Supervisors and managers are extremely unprofessional and unethical. - Employees are routinely bullied, mocked, and humiliated. - Blame is frequently shifted onto employees even when responsibility clearly lies with supervisors or managers. - Office politics and blatant favoritism are constant and unavoidable. - The work environment is toxic and damaging. - Leadership consistently displays a disrespectful and poor attitude.
