      working with deaf people, or supporting services for the deaf

      Cons

      an eternal rotation of managers assigned to high level positions because of friendship or "good vibes" rather than skills. Very toxic environments with incompetent leads.

      Almost everyone signs ASL. Many smart people work for Convo.

      Cons

      Expectations sometime can be a little high but it is ok because its a small company.
