Terrible Leadership. Acts Like Children, Disrespectful to employees who give 120% and only treat you kind if you tell lies or get other co workers in trouble for kinder-garden issues. No matter how well you do your job or how good of an employee you are, if the boy scout troop does not like you, you will be picked on until you quit. Retaliation if you go to HR. Leadership makes sure you are afraid and will suffer consequences if you go above them and tell how you are being treated unfairly. Management will not go to employees to get the true facts.
