Pros

Uh.... Some customers are great

Cons

Long hours.. 10-14 hour days in Georgia. High number of stops for quota and if you're stuck with new contracts you'll find yourself behind. Everything is hand written and stone age. be prepared to work Saturdays if you fall more than 5 stops behind. Management never orders enough supplies, trucks are POS. Bad sales means unnecessary visits to a problem you can't control. No....NO FAMILY TIME! Techs are salary so adding unnecessary task like collections, calling to notify customers (should have an automated service) is slave driving. Every tech loves working a full day and then come back to beg customers to pay. Monthly training always comes with a condescending and arrogant message from the CEO. Common sense apparently is not sufficient the company or he assumes we're all dumb. Last but not least the pay is not worth it. No one has shown me how to interpret the pay sheet and now I'm convinced they don't know either.
