Cons
-Micromanaging company, you get two 15 min breaks but if you use the restroom, get water or whatever, that gets deducted from your break times. -Barely any PTO: 5 days a year. -Hostile environment, if you forget to check in or out, even if you take calls during that time, you get a point for forgetting to enter your punch, 9 points and you are fired. Constant change: they change policies and call flow multiple times a month and quality team can’t even catch up with it causing us to get lower scores. Zero transparency: they avoid group meetings to answer our questions and concerns so we don’t have an opportunity to hold them accountable. No job security: every week you get an email about an employee leaving the company, no one lasts at this job for too long. Low pay: I started at $17 and they are now trying to start employees at this same position at $14, they just care for the money but no consideration for employees at all. Schedule changes all the time: expect to have a new schedule every two weeks, keep in mind they are 24/7 so you can go from day to nights or weekdays to weekends from one week to another no matter if you have other things in your life going on. Fake reviews: They know their score is so low that they had to create fake reviews, just look wt April/June/July 2024, and if you go further back you will find more.
