Health Benefits are pretty good, Pay is not too shabby, People are friendly.
Cons
- one HR manager didn't know state law
- current HR manager was dating another co-worker
- New CEO constantly staring at all women, if you wear a skirt you get promoted, CEO was trying to offer a job to a female entry level employee bypassing other veteran employees
- director managed her own son and before leaving company she made a deal where he would eventually become a manager, son's previous management experience was at IN&Out Burger
- one department constantly has internal non-work related problems
- at one time the marketing had a VP, Director, Manager, no one else below it, all chiefs and no indians
- HR would reward personal favorite people upon resignation or any kind of personal event involving the entire staff with food, however if the HR manager didn't know you or like you then there would be no reward
- HR manager would have private conversations with selected employees talking about other employees
- Former HR manager hired daughter to work at the front desk
- VP of operations hired his own daughter
- Treasurer hired own daughter
- lots of family hiring family if you have a office door, if you work in a cube it's not possible
