      great place to work, market salary, great health & fringe benefits, they (generally) hire people who fit the culture and naturally exemplify the values of the firm

      Cons

      some cost-cutting measures and staffing decisions aren't smart or efficient, typical bureaucratic red-tape stuff

      Free lunch and snack bar

      Cons

      Some offices have awful open layouts and cubicle like associate seating. I also experienced a lot of turnover and instability under the new CEO.
