      Friendly, supportive and employees love Cooley. Friendly and respectful. People actually like and care about each others success.

      Not working here earlier in my career. Can't think of anything bad.

      Free lunch and snack bar

      Cons

      Some offices have awful open layouts and cubicle like associate seating. I also experienced a lot of turnover and instability under the new CEO.
