      Pros

      Excellent benefits with higher than other industry pay. Also a nice bonus program for staff. The firm is on sound financial ground and seems to be moving up. Culture of Cooley is rock solid.

      Cons

      Supporting attorneys is not for everyone. Can be a challenging and demanding environment and many IT staff are on call 7/24.

      Free lunch and snack bar

      Cons

      Some offices have awful open layouts and cubicle like associate seating. I also experienced a lot of turnover and instability under the new CEO.
