      Good work-life balance; nice office; boss doesn't micromanage, coworkers are generally nice (except for some of the lawyers)

      Cons

      They could fire you at any moment even if you're doing a good job but I guess that comes with working for any corporation. I was laid off out of nowhere along with 149 other people.

      Free lunch and snack bar

      Cons

      Some offices have awful open layouts and cubicle like associate seating. I also experienced a lot of turnover and instability under the new CEO.
