      Pros

      Partners and senior associates are for the most part very reasonable. The culture is one where the members of the team really look out for each other

      The hours can be crazy (but standard for corporate law)

      Free lunch and snack bar

      Cons

      Some offices have awful open layouts and cubicle like associate seating. I also experienced a lot of turnover and instability under the new CEO.
