      You can learn a lot from Technicians You are only busy like half the day

      Cons

      Avg 50 hours a week Its listed as a salary position, but your pay is docked if you miss days. Even though you are docked if you miss days there is no overtime. Management is not very honest. Inter-company conflict and blaming between departments

      Innovative outlook on the industry. Great training programs. Established best practices, procedures and processes make it easy to succeed. One of the top 10% Auto Groups in the Country.

      In sales we work Saturdays but that is common practice for our Industry.
