Komal is incredible and the mission is amazing. Great community.
Cons
It's very much still in its start-up phase where everyone is doing a million things at once. Lots of room for growth which is great. Sometimes less important things don't get follow-through.
Great team, focused on employee satisfaction scores

The usual bs; employee satisfaction is not consistently a priority. Internal politics just like any tech company. Overworked and underpaid. "Family" mentality.
