Work life balance, steady hours, plenty of holidays and paid time off.
Cons
Less understanding to family needs above an immediate supervisor. Very clicky, and it is better to be an extrovert to work and advance.

We appreciate your note on standardization—it's a key priority as we grow. Your advice aligns with our goals, and we're excited to continue this journey together!
Open and honest feedback allowing you to grow without feeling like you're being chastised.
Kind and engaging managers/senior managers without making me feel like I'm being micromanaged.
Lots of in office and after hours opportunities to hang out with the team and get to know each other better.
Tons of areas to grow and learn within the Trade Industry from some of the smartest minds in the business.
Hybrid scheduling and huge emphasis on work life balance in which they excel.
Cons
Some of the HR staff seems untrustworthy. If you can't talk to HR, who can you talk to?
It can seem like favoritism comes before knowledge or skills when it comes to management treating people differently in office/on calls/etc.
It can feel clique-ish, and if you're not in the "popular" crowd you know it.
