We're sorry to hear that you're having carpal tunnel issues and that you were less than pleased with our break policy. We absolutely recommend wrists stretches and setting up your work station to maximize your comfort level and allow for sustainable typing. We offer paid breaks and just ask that they are monitored and kept to a reasonable amount, as most/all companies do, which 4% absolutely allows for. If you consider returning in the future, we would be happy to discuss that policy with you more in depth.
