Pros
You can benefit from the adjuster license they pay for you to have.
Cons
Least professional place I could’ve possibly worked. Was under a supervisor who had no idea what she was doing, refused to learn but acted as if she did. Was given a brief explanation of the job during my interview but starting my first day was told to do something completely different. Received no training whatsoever files were dropped at my desk on my second day and was told to work. Keep increasing responsibilities without increasing compensation. Supervisor keeps insinuating that you should come in early or leave late in order to do more work however they refuse to pay overtime. Supervisor talks about you to you’re co-workers when you’re not around and will talk negatively about your co-workers when they’re not around expect you work yourself to the bone but show no appreciation whatsoever, they will take you to a $15 dinner for the holidays but that’s about it. Main thing is when speaking to a supervisor to give them ideas where things could be better or make the environment more comfortable you are blown off and made to feel like it doesn’t matter. Best advice I could give someone potentially working here is to only take the job is you are completely desperate if you have other options work anywhere but here
