Pros
Friendly working environment. Everyone generally gets along and we have fun at work. As a pharmacist, the work schedule is typical office hours (8am-6pm). Only one work weekend a month, which provides a nice work life balance.
Cons
Does not offer competitive salaries compared to other companies in the same field. Typical for any big corporate, there is a lot of pressure on numbers but they don't provide enough staff to support the operation.
