Pros

-Location is easy to get to from Philly -Some good people who cared that worked there, but all left, within a year or two -Study locations can be interesting and fun - some products and studies were interesting

Cons

- Lack of transparency when it comes to pay, raises, bonuses - No clear process for project assignments or requests to be on project - Some studies were very boring and repetitive - No clear process for filing a complaint for grievances other than talking to the CEO - Lack of diverse hiring and recruitment of professionals (I.e. race, prof background) - Absence of leadership presence and qualities; hierarchical with a few people who made all the decisions - Lack of Mentorship and Training for new hires or clear path for upward mobility Those who just care about and want to keep their head down and do the research can work at a place like this, but this place is devoid of humanistic values other than doing research and making the most money they can from a project/client (greed) and not really sharing equitably. Not a welcoming nor racially diverse place to work at.
