      Pros

      Health insurance but the Co pays have been adjusted to discourage use of insurance. Better then digging ditches all day, but not by much.

      Cons

      Strictly for profit, against employees that are not office workers. HR is incompetent and makes rules as she goes, only out for the company not the truth.

      Pros

      Potential for higher pay, free boots and uniforms, higher level of respect compared to other local drivers, minimum $1500 a week. The Wilkes Barre location treated me very well.

      Cons

      Long hours, might run out of hours if you’re inexperienced
