Salary is ok. And as a big company in a relatively stable environment, there is some job security.

Cons

You need to fight for any kind of work like balance. They have no interest in respecting your time, and management has no idea how long things actually take to do.

Potential for higher pay, free boots and uniforms, higher level of respect compared to other local drivers, minimum $1500 a week. The Wilkes Barre location treated me very well.

Cons

Long hours, might run out of hours if you’re inexperienced
