Management is horrible they don't know how to manage the drivers one particular manager is very childish and Petty and the schedule is never set so you're always rotating different schedules any situations that happens like hurricanes whatever you have to work its mandatory otherwise you're fired which is what happened to me company is a waste of time it's a starter company not a long-term company for a CDL driver who's experienced no don't work here 60,000 not worth it no work life balance also
