* No work-life balance, they try to use you 24 * 7. * No Leave policy. * No monthly leave. * No annual leave. * CEO always shouted at every employee. I don't know how they tolerate it. * They deduct your pay if you make some mistake in the code. No matter, why testers are not caught the bug at the pre-production level. You need to catch the bug yourself and fix them also yourself. * No yearly hike, even though they promise, all employees face the same issue.

1) Money is good for laterals. 2) No office - work from home only

1) No work life balance- 12 hrs work daily 2) No leaves, No insurance or benefits 3) No career growth as old technology 4) Product not good 5) No new customers for releases 6) No job security (fired anytime)
