      Pros

      This job is very engaging. We get to work on fun, challenging projects to design and we also have a very well-rounded team to help out when needed. Also, this company really encourages work-life balance. Additionally, this company really likes to push employee growth. The support I have received from this company is something I have really appreciated.

      Cons

      For me personally, I would like to have my sick time vs. PTO separated. Here, all your PTO is bundled up together. Personal preference for me,
