Micro managing, controlling and deluded - Developer Core Technology Systems Employee Review

The entire delivery team are micro managed to the nth degree. There are no meetings other than one to one dictates known as "2 minuters." The team are usually under resourced so simply have to work harder to attempt to meet client expectations and then deal with the inevitable fallout when these are not met. There is absolutely no training or time set aside for personal development.
