      Pros

      After being gone from Core4ce for almost a year, I can say that I miss it. Pay is competitive and the company provided plenty of opportunity for professional growth/development. I left simply for a job offering a significant raise / increase in responsibilities. I would welcome the opportunity to go back though.

      Cons

      A bit of a “good ole boys club” with the senior leadership which had some impacts on the functional teams however, the CEO was taking steps to address this during the time of my departure.

      Pros

      I enjoy working with my team and other colleagues here. The work is challenging and I know I am doing meaningful work the will contribute to the protection of our country.

      Cons

      Rabidly growing which is not really a con, but as with growth comes uncomfortableness which is very common. This is a company to stick by, we are doing great things!

      Pros

      It’s hard to believe it has been almost six years since I started at Core4ce. It has been a great experience, and I truly enjoy working with my coworkers. Core4ce really takes care of its employees, and I’m grateful to be part of such a supportive team.

      Nothing comes to mind, all good here
