      During time at Core4ce, an event took place that was detrimental and borderline workplace toxicity that had to be endured by a position of power. It was not a misunderstanding — it was a clear abuse of authority that left to feeling violated, manipulated, and silenced. Like many, feared retaliation, and honestly, didn’t trust that anything would be done. Instead, this lead to quietly enduring the discomfort and damage, and caused problems — professionally - out of control. Over time, this lead to being pushed out of meaningful projects, isolated by leadership, and eventually being disposable..

      Pros

      I enjoy working with my team and other colleagues here. The work is challenging and I know I am doing meaningful work the will contribute to the protection of our country.

      Cons

      Rabidly growing which is not really a con, but as with growth comes uncomfortableness which is very common. This is a company to stick by, we are doing great things!

      Pros

      It’s hard to believe it has been almost six years since I started at Core4ce. It has been a great experience, and I truly enjoy working with my coworkers. Core4ce really takes care of its employees, and I’m grateful to be part of such a supportive team.
