Pros

I don't understand the complaints from the former team members. I know several people were fired in 2013/2014 because of bad attitudes or sales people not performing. The CEO is one of the most humble people I know and feel his pain when dealing with staff that want bonuses because they showed up on time or because they thought they are doing a good job. The office space was significantly improved in January 2014 with new equipment and desks which negatives the office space complaints. The CEO took over day-to-day operations in 2012 and has made significant culture and business improvements. I don't complain typically unless I can do better ... which I can't and it's amazing what has been built since 2008.

Cons

Can use a little more training.

Pros

Unfortunately, I could not find any positives during my time here. Believe me I tried. With one exception many of the employees I would happily work with again under different circumstances.

Cons

Leadership creates an unhealthy work environment, marked by constant shifting priorities and a lack of clear direction. Work-life balance? Non-existent. You will be emailed, texted, or called at any time of day, 24/7. On vacation? Using PTO? On your honeymoon? It doesn’t matter—expect a call. The company is understaffed and refuses to invest in improving the culture or processes in ways that would boost morale. Everyone who works here seems beaten down. They don't take the time to understand what employees need, let alone invest in employee development or professional growth. Don’t expect to attend conferences, complete online certifications, or have meaningful one-on-ones. These are viewed as unimportant, unproductive, and a waste of time and resources. There isn’t a clear vision for the company. Decisions are frequently reversed, creating uncertainty in daily operations. The company operates with top-down management, fostering a culture of micromanagement. A lack of subject matter experts in leadership positions further contributes to the dysfunction, stifling progress and innovation.
