Pros
I was given the remote position in August of 2021, and did mostly administrative work until November, then I got to create and bounce ideas back with my superiors as an intern. They respected and treated me well. It was a nice learning experience.
Cons
Not much room for going up in the company since I started from the bottom. I wasn't doing much besides observing meetings for the first few months, and though I learned it took patience to get where I wanted.
