Pros
The initial contact with Corecom is reflective of the business itself. They have an amazing lady in internal recruitment called Ashlene Grant who puts you at ease instantly and gets to the core reasons that you want to get into recruitment. Ash is incredibly personable and keeps in contact regularly throughout the process meaning when I got to the end of my job hunt with 3 offers on the table I knew exactly who I wanted to choose. During my interview I was also invited to meet the team, and got the chance to interview every member of staff one to one, everyone was open and honest about the ups and downs they have faced in recruitment but the biggest sell for me was everyone genuinely enjoyed being there! Previously I have worked for agencies where they portray an image of 'Success and Happiness' during the interview process to get you through the door only to find out that everyone who works there hates their job, manager and the environment itself. Finally, Jonathan Sanderson the Director speaks to you as an equal, and invests his time and knowledge into making you the best recruiter possible. He doesn't micro-manage or 'crack the whip' he shares his knowledge and experience and gives you the tools you need to be successful. It's very hard to find a manager like Jon in a sales environment and working for him was also a huge reason i chose Corecom over other agencies. I'm now in my 6th week with Corecom and I am 100% sure i have made the right decision. Brilliant boss, amazing team, exciting role and an all around great place to work!!!
Cons
They don't have a communal toaster (clutching at straws)
