It’s really uncomfortable place to work, large turnover and high pressure for little reward.
Cons
The worst part is the boss is so coniving and everything is a sale. At. All. Costs. Try build up a rapport and he will make you ruin if if he can squeeze money out of their competitor. No loyalty. Only money. Of course that doesn’t trickle it’s way to us. There is no work life balance, evening work is required with no pay.
