Colleagues and managers are kind and helpful, always willing to assist and provide career development advice and opportunities.

Cons

Raises can be fairly small, not much ability to participate in events and meetings in the department as techs are kept on the phones at all times.

Pros

Good variety of food choices for patient families and staff, staff that work side by side and on the floors are supportive.

Cons

Management does not care about any of their employees. They have no respect for anyone even the physician leadership. No planning or foresight when implementing staffing changes that are life changing for employees. Eliminating positions and flattening seniority forcing tenured employees to reapply to a same position from fixed day and night shifts to 6 weeks nights and 6 weeks days. No regard for anything else except the bottom line.
