Pros
10 hours or better a day 5 days a week close to 500+ a week. Some health benefits. Full time.
Cons
Unorganized un professional the work life balance sucks schedule 6:30 pm until like 4:00 or 5:00 am in the morning no night differential no Union I worked harder and lasted longer then anybody in my group it's been 8 months over 700 hours worked which is well over the required time to be turned permanent. Then they hired another group of people. One of the employees started off pulling more then the temps and the permanent keany workers. He never reached any requirements or the hours and was made permanent. Before me and the people before me there are people who been waiting in line for 2years to become permanent keany employees. Terrible management. That is very frustrating. Also they have this favoritism for a select few. They control your productivity so as it looks like your not making any progress. Once this happens. They start threatening your job. Saying that you aren't doing enough to hold your job. I mean it absolute madness. None of the work is being distributed evenly. I feel like if they want you to fail and get fired they can manipulate the work load so it looks like your not making progress. And boom your fired. So unfair I've never seen a temp to hire agency do this to the workers.
