- Leadership is nonexistent, CEO was a creep and incredibly unprofessional
-Promised pay upon hire that never received. This happened to many staff.
-No performance incentives, no bonuses, no raises
-Refusal to hire enough staff to keep dangerous work environment safe despite repeated requests from multiple staff.
-Priority is profit margin, not patients.
-Spontaneous firings of staff and staff with seniority without any explanation, transparency, or acknowledgement from leadership. No performance criteria provided, either.
-Social work primarily clerical work, little clinical work
-Pressure to meet incredibly unrealistic deadlines that are made unrealistic by understaffing
-4-5 CNO in two years (very high turnover rate/unsustainable work model)
